Count Up
This is a generic policy template for Count Up, written for AGRO COM PLUS LLC. It describes a game that keeps play history on the device and does not require an account. Have a lawyer review it, add a real address, and rewrite any section that does not match the build you ship — especially if you add accounts, ads, analytics, or cloud sync.
Who we are
Count Up is a mental arithmetic game published by AGRO COM PLUS LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the game handles and what we do with it. It covers the Count Up mobile app. It does not cover third-party app stores, which have their own policies for your store account, payments, and downloads.

The short version
- You can play without creating an account.
- Scores, rates, dates of past rounds, and your selected mode are stored on your device so Previous Games can show them.
- We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or payment details inside the game.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Deleting the app deletes the on-device history with it.
Information the app handles
To run a round and show your history, Count Up stores gameplay information locally on the device:
- the mode you selected;
- the score and rate of completed rounds;
- the date and time of those rounds;
- settings needed to start the next round.
That information is there so the game can function. It is not a profile of you. The current version does not upload it to AGRO COM PLUS LLC.
Your device and the app store may separately process device identifiers, crash logs, or purchase records under their own terms. We do not control those systems. If a future version of Count Up sends diagnostics or gameplay data off the device, we will update this policy before that version is released and describe what is sent, why, and how long it is kept.
What we do not collect
In the version of the game this policy describes, we do not collect:
- account credentials, because there is no account;
- your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location;
- payment card numbers (if the app is sold or offered with purchases, the store processes payment);
- advertising identifiers for third-party ads, because this version does not include third-party advertising.
How information is used
On-device gameplay information is used to run rounds, remember the mode you picked, and display Previous Games. We do not use it to advertise to you, to build a marketing profile, or to make automated decisions about you.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information as those ideas are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws, because the gameplay history described above stays on your device and is not in our possession.
We may disclose information if we later hold it and the law requires it — for example, a valid legal request — or if we transfer the game to a new owner. A transfer would be described in an updated policy. App stores and operating systems process data under their own rules when you download or update Count Up.
Children
Count Up is a game of ordinary arithmetic. Easy modes use small numbers; harder modes do not. The game is not directed at children under 13 as an online service that collects personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Play history in this version remains on the device. If you believe we have personal information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
Because history is stored on the device, you control it there. You can stop playing, and you can delete the app to remove the local scores, rates, and dates. Check your device settings if you want to limit what the operating system or the store collects on their own.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a place with similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. For the on-device history in this version, we do not hold a copy to provide. If that changes, those rights will apply to whatever we actually hold, and this policy will say how to use them.
Security
On-device storage is protected by your device’s own lock and encryption, to the extent your device provides them. No method of storage is perfect. Do not rely on the game as a place to keep anything sensitive — it is not designed for that.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game changes or the law does. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change materially expands what leaves your device, we will present the updated policy in the app or on this page before that version is what new players receive.
